At Essential Speech Pathology (ESP) our mission is to help all clients, from toddlers through to adults, develop the confidence and self-esteem, related to successful communication that leads to individual academic achievement and career success creating self-assured children and adults ready to pursue their interests, hopes and dreams.

Owner and Principal Speech Pathologist
Pragashni (Prags) Pillay, or ‘P’, as she known as by parents and children under her care, is the Owner and Principal Speech Pathologist at ESP.
Prags is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and a registered member with Speech Pathology Australia.
She has 23 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist and has a rich and varied wealth of experience in early intervention, mainstream and specialist educational settings, as well as within private practice.
Prags is highly experienced with children ranging from infants through to teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorders; Asperger’s Syndrome; Dyspraxia; Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay; Speech, Language, Learning, and Social difficulties.
TESTIMONIALS
Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), which is the national peak body for Speech Pathologists in Australia, has recently mandated that testimonials of any form are not allowed in any form which may be considered advertising for Speech Pathologists. SPA’s view is that testimonials are unacceptable forms of advertising as they are subjective, maybe misleading and cannot be verified as fact.
At ESP we understand that many individuals seeking speech pathology services wish to read the views and opinions from parents and individuals who have received treatment and services within this clinic.
